The Accounts Assistant is vital in ensuring that all dealerships within the division have an effective accounting support. Duties will include, but are not restricted to, statement and daily banking reconciliations, sales and purchase ledger collation, advising on supplier payments, invoicing, raising credits, basic credit control, engaging with customers, dealership staff and the Manufacturer to resolve queries and inter Company recharges amongst other more general ad hoc tasks. The ideal Accounts Assistant will be: IT literate, particularly in Excel AAT qualified preferably Willing to learn new systems Capable of a high level of attention to detail A good communicator Trained on CDK Drive and Kerridge Experienced in accounting etiquette although training will be given A positive team player, able to liaise on all levels Who are they?
