Investigo have been exclusively engaged by a Milton Keynes based SME business to recruit a Group Financial Controller, on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Group Financial Controller will be responsible for taking a hands-on approach to managing the finance function of this growing SME. They will manage the P&L and all other financial elements of the Group's trading to include salaries, rents, cost control, banking and compliance. They will also be expected to develop systems that deliver accurate accrual, forecast and collection of rebates from all Group suppliers. The Group Financial Controller will manage a small team (2 staff), and they will be responsible for the leadership and development of this team, as well as being prepared to get their hands dirty and support across all areas of finance, and the wider business. The successful Candidate will be a Professionally Qualified individual with broad based accountancy experience gained in an SME environment. They will be an exceptional communicator who can effectively lead a small finance team, and someone who takes a very hands-on approach to their work. They will be an effective communicator who is comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels within business. Our Client is offering a salary of £50,000 Benefits
