• Posting, reviewing and reconciling Accounts receivable entries for the Store and E-Com departments
• Posting, reviewing and reconciling Accounts Payable entries for the business.
• Audit key vendor invoicing and highlighting any variance to senior management
• Bank reconciliations
• Production of weekly sales reports and analysis
• Working to finalise Management accounts with Senior Management Accountant
• Support line manager with client relationships and supply-chain focused tasks Personal Requirements:
• Studying for ACCA/ CIMA or International equivalent
• Basic knowledge in UK VAT
• Experience in SAGE Accounting Software or equivalent
• Strong leadership skills
• Advanced Microsoft excel (vlookups, pivot tables, sumifs)
• Hands on approach and confident dealing with senior stakeholders
• French or Italian language would be a benefit but not necessary
• Prior experience with a SAP ERP solution would be an added advantage
