A Retail business, looking to recruit an ambitious, hard working individual into their Finance team. Based in Central London, this is ideal for a candidate studying ACCA/ CIMA who understands General Ledger, Bank reconciliations and basic reporting. This is an all-round role responsible for Main
Responsibilities:
• Posting, reviewing and reconciling Accounts receivable entries for the Store and E-Com departments
• Posting, reviewing and reconciling Accounts Payable entries for the business.
• Audit key vendor invoicing and highlighting any variance to senior management
• Bank reconciliations
• Production of weekly sales reports and analysis
• Working to finalise Management accounts with Senior Management Accountant
• Support line manager with client relationships and supply-chain focused tasks Personal Requirements:
• Studying for ACCA/ CIMA or International equivalent
• Basic knowledge in UK VAT
• Experience in SAGE Accounting Software or equivalent
• Strong leadership skills
• Advanced Microsoft excel (vlookups, pivot tables, sumifs)
• Hands on approach and confident dealing with senior stakeholders
• French or Italian language would be a benefit but not necessary
• Prior experience with a SAP ERP solution would be an added advantage
• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role The vacancy is for an immediate start and strongly recomend applicatants to send the availiblity for an interview.
