Could you be our go-to for bold GTM Strategies? We're on a mission to create a new generation of investors - making it easier, simpler & more straightforward to participate in investing. This role is brand new, and we're really excited to find someone who can lead the way in developing and delivering go-to-market (GTM) strategies and plans for investments and personal pensions that will really set us apart from our competitors. We'll need you to be a creative thinker with your ear to the street on all the latest innovations, and have the passion to design and deliver outstanding digital and marketing communication journeys to our customers. Day to day you'll: Lead the development of commercially attractive customer centric investment and pension propositions, based on deep market, customer and competitor insight Develop and own strategic value proposition briefs for internal stakeholders, and present in an engaging way Understand the commercial and brand ambitions of the products. Engage with key stakeholders to ensure the team is providing appropriate level of support in line with the ambition and priority Work with product owners to create tools, products & services to promote personal pension and investment propositions and improve the gender pension gap Develop and own GTM and marketing strategies for the personal pension and investment propositions. Develop GTM briefs for marketing, digital, operations and product teams Lead the delivery of the GTM plan, to increase awareness of our agenda and deliver on business targets Co-own (in partnership with Marketing lead) annual marketing plan, with detailed view of quarterly activities Provide strategic direction and work in close partnership with Marketing and Digital teams to ensure best in class, compliant and timely execution of marketing activities Manage the GTM and marketing budget associated with pension and investment propositions Design develop customer journeys and solutions that meet acquisition, service, regulatory, BAU and specific project objectives, as appropriate Own, develop and embed appropriate protocols, processes, risks and controls to ensure that all campaign activity is undertaken efficiently and within risk appetite Partner with the Marketing lead to drive actionable optimisation of marketing plans and delivery, including optimisation of marketing mix, channels and targeting We'd love you to have: Experience in the development and execution of GTM strategies and plans, including customer segmentation and proposition development Extensive campaign management experience across a range of marketing channels, including through the line campaigns. Ability to develop and judge creative work against objectives, briefs and requirements Digital marketing experience, understanding of digital channels and tools Good understanding of the financial services market place Ability to analyse, interpret and present data findings Strong relationship skills Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill Excellent planning, organisation and project management skills We know you'll work hard to help us get to where we want to be, so we'll reward you with a double match pension scheme, life assurance, private medical cover, income protection, 27 days annual leave plus the option to purchase 3 more days and a flexible benefits scheme. Salary:
£45,500 - £76,500 depending on experience

Location:
