Taylor Hawkes are working with a Top 20 firm of accountants on the recruitment of an outstanding Accounts & Audit Senior for their St Albans office. This would be the perfect role for an ACA/ACCA qualified Senior who is looking to take the next step in their career by joining one of the country's leading accountancy firms. Role split: 40% Accounts, 40% Audit, 10% Tax, 10% Business Advisory Duties: Preparation of year-end accounts for companies, groups of companies, partnerships and LLPs Auditing companies, including planning and finalisation of jobs Preparation of CT600 Corporation Tax returns Supervision of the audit team on-site Any other special work as required e.g. company valuations, HMRC investigations and proposal pitches The Ideal Candidate: ACCA or ACA qualified with 3-4 years' practice experience Must have led at least 2 audits in the last year Technically competent, with solid understanding of accounting frameworks, auditing standards and Corporate Tax For more information please contact Nathan Cutler at Taylor Hawkes
