My client, a leading media business based in the West-end are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated accounts payable clerk to support the finance team. You will possess a great attention to detail, be a team player and have previous accounts payable experience. Matching, coding and accurate inputting of purchase orders and invoices Checking accuracy of invoices and VAT requirements First point of contact for suppliers on invoicing and payment issues Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details Creditors reconciliations Liaising with the operational teams to ensure timely receipt of invoices Scheduling and managing payment runs Assist with month-end reconciliations and journals, including bank account reconciliation in multi-currencies Assist on inter-company recharges and reconciliations Due to the large numbers of responses we receive, despite our best efforts it is not possible to respond to every application.
