£40,000 - £50,000 per annum What they do: Commercial property Company: This is a luxury boutique office space who prides itself on their reputation within their industry. They are currently taking on new projects across London and are looking to build their portfolio to 10 properties within the next couple of years. They are privately owned and have been around for almost a decade.
Responsibilities:
Auditing and adjusting sales ledgers Support to the Financial Controller Managing two individuals Responsible for bank reconciliation, Accounts payable and receivable Forecasting and production of annual budgets Intercompany reconciliations Prepayments schedule maintenance and accruals Collaborating monthly reports including; profit and loss, cash flow, management accounts, KPI's and analytics for group entities (FRS 102) Monitoring of Capex Facility Preparation for VAT Return The Requirements: 2 years experience Excellent communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Proven experience working with large amounts of data which includes; synthesising data, summarizing data clearly, concisely and collaborating this information into reports Ability to take charge of projects Experience in SAGE Accounts 200 Proven experience working towards strict deadlines
