Accounts Assistant - immediate start

Trafford Hours: Flexible- full or part time, start and finish times to suit the individual We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to an established company based in the Trafford area. You will join a hardworking, supportive finance team to assist with the sales ledger process and support with other areas of accounts. This is initially a 3 month fixed term contract, however there may be longer term opportunities. Responsibilities include: Allocating and posting payment by BACS, card and cheque Ensure the timely and accurate distribution of both consolidated invoices and statements Deliver on ad hoc invoicing and credit note requests Support the Credit Controllers in resolving invoicing queries, so as to help expedite payment Ad hoc accounts support If you are available to start immediately or on a short notice period and have the relevant experience, please send a copy of your CV for immediate consideration.
