Interim (potential permanent opportunity) Hospitality experience required Position: Interim Qualified FP&A Manager / Senior Analyst

Salary:
£300 - £350 per day What they do: Hospitality Company: This is a privately owned, premium dining restaurant group with locations across the whole of the UK. This brand has been running for over the last 20 years and prides themselves on their excellent customer experience and their fresh and deli-style foods
Responsibilities:
Help develop better monthly/annual reports which reflect business needs Building dashboards, providing monthly analysis and completing financials in support of appraisals for new sites Building weekly trade packs and monthly board to be reviewed Liaising with external and internal Senior Stakeholder Supporting the operations team on managing labour spend, productivity and performance across portfolios Ensuring dashboards are in line with the needs of Operations and this clarifies where issues, opportunities lie Developing and enrolling strategic information systems Training new users on their internal CRM system Developing and improving excel spreadsheets where required Preparing user notes on systems and spreadsheets were required Develop models to streamline processes and procedures including; providing forecast and budgeting Collaborating information for budgeting and forecasting presentations Providing oversight while developing systems to drive business performance Coordination of bi-annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, preparations of timetables, budget file and liaison with the operations team Monthly, price/volume analysis is drawn to draw conclusions for menu improvements Interpret information into a user-friendly document Ad-hoc analysis requests The Requirements: Hospitality experience Qualified Excellent time management and prioritisation skills Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Problem-solving Proven Senior Stakeholder management Proven experience working with large amounts of data which includes; synthesising data, summarizing the date clearly, concisely and collaborating this information into reports Ability to take charge of projects Proven experience working towards strict deadlines
