Executive Assistant We are currently recruiting for a Public Sector company based in Central London, looking for an Executive Assistant to their Director of Finance and Business starting on or before 29th August. Along with support the Director you will also ensure the business is running smoothly. This is a full-time role, covering maternity leave and the contract will end mid July 2020

Salary:
£43,938 (including London allowance) Key

Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for the Director (organising meetings, sorting emails, coordinating projects, booking travel, managing dairy, briefing and providing necessary documentation for meetings etc) - Effectively maintain human resource systems and processes including systems for monitoring annual leave, absence management and appraisals - Assist the Director to ensure that all RCN policies and procedures are understood and applied across the Directorate - Manage the Director's internal processes that support the RCN's governance schedule, ensuring good systems of communication with the Governance Support Team - Reports and presentations are produced in a timely way and in the correct format - Ensure deadline are met - Monitor and explore the opportunities that new technology can offer in order to develop and improve office systems Key Requirements: - Minimum of 3 A levels or equivalent qualification - Qualification or equivalent in either Business Administration or Management Studies, Administrative/Secretarial Processes or Project management - Knowledge of managing complex and busy diaries - Understanding of managing financial processes such as expenses and monitoring budgets - Expertise in new system development and processes to meet changing business needs - Used to working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities - Ability to use Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook - Ability to work on own initiative and to prioritise workload effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to write concise briefings and papers If you meet the above requirements and would like to be considered for this position, then please call Anna on (phone number removed) or email
