Highly Competitive BPS are the recruitment partner for a global private equity firm who own and operate 70 independent and international schools around the world with over 40 schools in the UK. We are seeking to appoint an FP&A Analyst who is a confident and enthusiastic professional to work within a global network of growing schools. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing their career within Finance, with a specific interest in the FP&A area. As the FP&A Analyst you will be the key link between the UK Finance team and the Commercial Business Partners. You will also be responsible for supporting on both operational and strategic to decisions to lead the business forward. Key

responsibilities:
Prepare, review and analyse the Financial budget for the UK Finance team. Make informed and commercially viable decisions based on identifying and analysing past Financial trends and their causes. To prepare clear, precise and well thought out presentations to communicate to the board and senior leadership teams. As the ideal candidate, you will possess the following experience: Proven experience within Financial Planning and Analysis.
