Altum Consulting are working with a UK based charity to find a Bookkeeper to join their finance team for a period of 2-3 months and to start immediately. The role will be joining a dynamic finance team and reporting into the Director of Finance and Operations. Key
Responsibilities:
Manage the in-house accounting systems to ensure the integrity of financial data Preparation of financial information for the year end audits, liaison with auditors, preparation and management of audit work Lead in the preparation of all relevant tax and regulatory returns to HMRC, financial regulators and other governmental entities as necessary Manage and monitor the safe transfer and receipt of funds Ensure robust cash flow projections are prepared on a regular basis Process supplier invoices and expense claims to SAGE accounting system Issue customer invoices and recording of customer receipts Post all bank related transactions Month end accounts reconciliation for all Programmes and Main Bank accounts Month end/Year end Journals management Candidate Profile: Immediately available Bookkeeping experience Charity sector experience is desirable but not essential Sage system experience Please submit your CV today to be considered
