Tearfund is offering an exciting opportunity for a Purchase/Expense Ledger Supervisor to work in our UK Finance team providing high quality supervision of the small transactional team. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of running a transactional service team in accordance with agreed service delivery standards, measuring performance and business process improvement. We are looking for a self-starter who can lead and motivate a small team with great communication and customer service skills and a passion to make a difference. This is an opportunity for the successful candidate to add value and be part of a team enabling Tearfund to follow Jesus where the need is greatest.
