Chasing failed payments Miscellaneous cash Investigating and resolving payment issues Liaise with complaints team in respect of premium collection Ensure accurate documents are being sent to customers Guarantee cancellations, refunds and charge backs are carefully controlled The ideal person for this role would have a proven track record and have a 2 years accountancy experience.
