Accounts Assistant Horsham, West Sussex Permanent, Full-time Salary £22,000-24,000pa A growing entrepreneurial business based in central Horsham is currently seeking a motivated Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. This organisation is building upon several years of healthy growth and expanding its operations. It's a great time to be joining them with exciting development plans and team expansion on the horizon This person will work closely alongside an experienced Finance Manager who can only be described as absolutely lovely You will be an integral part of this small finance team of 2 people and receive excellent guidance and training from start. Having worked with this Finance Manager for many years we can't fault how well they treat their staff and how kindly natured they are. Overview of duties: Management of weekly creditors report Inputting supplier purchase invoices and credit notes Checking supplier statements and requesting missing documents Chasing supplier invoices to match pro-forma invoices paid Preparing and processing the supplier monthly payment run Processing supplier pro-forma invoice payments Sending remittance advices to suppliers Scanning / filing of supplier invoices Management of weekly debtors report Inputting customer sales invoices and credit notes Sending customer statements and credit control Specific management and credit control of India customers Management of pro-forma customer invoices and payments Company credit cards management and reconciliation Opening and distributing the post daily Liaison with supplier and customers re general queries Ad hoc duties as required by the Finance Manager Please apply via website or contact Georgina at Harvey John for more information.
