An exclusive opportunity has arisen for an international Corporate and Private Clients service provider based in London. This role will be a key position for driving growth of the commercial activities of the Corporate & Private Clients division. The role involves sales, business development and relationship management for global clients, especially arranging Banks, Corporates, Private Equity Fund Managers, M&A/restructuring lawyers and other professional intermediaries including accountants and corporate treasurers. Products include Corporate Trust & Agency, corporate structure (SPV) administration, accounting, tax, company secretarial, business information and directorships. You will be required to generate new business using all available sales channels, managing relationships and revenue enhancement for major accounts globally. Naturally this will lead to generating referrals for other business areas within the group and ideally you will need to have a good network of referral generating professional intermediaries including blue-chip law, accountancy and advisory firms.
