We are recruiting for a skilled Payroll Team Leader on a Permanent basis as soon as possible. Our client, based in Nottingham City Centre, is keen to secure the best Payroll professional to work within the payroll team and looking after a team and take full responsibility for a range of core monthly payroll responsibilities. Typically you will process monthly payroll and administer all relevant paperwork. With responsibility for processing high volumes your role will be busy and diverse.You will also be responsible for full reconciliation of both weekly and monthly payrolls along with submitting HMRC calculations and reconciling payments. The successful candidates should already possess a fantastic work ethic as these roles are busy, demanding and offer excellent chance for future progression. You should already have payroll experience working in a high volume environment and have recent experience of processing weekly and monthly payrolls. You will need to be up to date with all legislation and have a working knowledge of all form / paperwork. Ideally you will have carried out month end procedures and will have strong IT skills. Advance knowledge of manual calculations is a must have. This role would be suitable for a strong payroll clerk who is looking for there next step up looking after a team or someone who is already looking after a team and would like to join a growing business.
