We're looking for an experienced Capital Reporting Manager to join our European Finance team. You'll be working within our Finance Department and report to the Director of Reporting. The role holder will be responsible for capital management & will be accountable for the efficient, accurate, timely and high quality submission of internal and external regulatory reporting outputs, including; Leading the Solvency II reporting processes Leading medium and longer term capital resource and requirement forecasts in conjunction with the Actuarial and Treasury teams Leading the accounting for the Group's investments and supports the Group Treasury team in managing the Group's liquidity Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to; Solvency II Reporting Capital Management Capital Reporting Investment Accounting The ideal person to join us will have the skills, knowledge & experience in the following areas; Knowledge of Insurance Accounting principles Understanding/experience of Solvency II regulatory reporting would be advantageous Big 4 accountancy experience Experience managing people in a changing environment Experience within the Insurance sector Experience of data manipulation/reconciliation Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements 2:1 degree level or above ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified To view a full list of responsibilities & experience, please refer to the detailed job description on our European Careers Site Joining our award-winning team gives you the opportunity to progress and be rewarded, as well as enjoying a fantastic benefits package.
