Bookkeeper 1/1 Are you an experienced Bookkeeper looking for a new challenge? I have an exciting permanent position locally which offers variety, challenge and autonomy to the role. This is working for a practise however you do not have to have practise experience, for this position you will be going onsite to visit clients helping with Bookkeeping and working within the office with the team.

Christchurch Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm Software: The company are happy to train on software however if you have experience in Sage, Exero and Quickbooks that would be fantastic. What the Bookkeeper job will entail: General bookkeeping, both in the office and off site at clients' premises Liaise with clients to obtain records, and to provide information when requested Produce management accounts where required Quarterly VAT returns, including reconciling turnover to sales on the VAT return and filing with HMRC, under MTD from 1 April 2019 Post payroll journals Provide Accounts with year-end working papers Post opening balances adjustments Provide assistance to clients where they do their own bookkeeping Keep up to date with software changes, including ongoing Xero & Quickbooks certification, and knowledge of associated apps Keep procedure notes updated Need to have a professional manner in all communications with clients Please do click apply should this Bookkeeper position be of interest to you.
