Our Operational Risk department support the business by embedding risk management practices, helping Motonovo make risk based decisions in line with the overall strategy of the company. The team are on a journey with a goal to give the business all the tools they need to manage their own risks and controls What will you be doing? Produce regular reports which are to be presented at a range of committee meetings by management Completion of Risk Appetite framework monthly metrics and co-ordination of RAF metrics on a monthly basis Liaise with a broad range of individuals across numerous business activities in order to collate the required information, questioning the quality of data where necessary. Monitor and report progress against actions and recommendations that arise out of the various Risk Management reviews Conduct departmental process (risk) reviews of and provide a reliable assessment of the risks relating to systems & controls and processes & procedures What will you need? Excellent interpersonal skills - building relationships is an essential part of the role Experience in operational risk reporting or similar roles Excellent Excel skills Internal Audit certificate (desirable) Institute of Risk Management qualification (desirable) Life in the team The team have a wide range of skills and expertise. Working regularly together and often socialising as part of company events and specific team events. The team are very friendly and enjoy working and socialising as a collective. There is also our very competitive benefits package which can be explored further on our 'Working Here' page. Working hours: 35 hours a week, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. What does the process look like?
