A prestigious law firm based in the South West of London is seeking a new Client Reporting Analyst to specifically support Partners and their clients within the Regulatory team. Responsibilities will include ensuring all fee earners are trained and comply with workflow data requirements, monitoring caseloads and budgets to ensure work is able to be delivered effectively, analysing and presenting data in relation to the team's performance against both internal and client KPIs, analysing and resolving any issues with the client and team members, recommending ideas to improve processes and services to the firm's clients and any other ad hoc duties when required. Candidates should have excellent organisation skills, good written and verbal communication skills and be able to liaise with personnel across all levels of seniority with ease. Additionally, knowledge of the basic Microsoft Office package is a must, as is the ability to proactively identify issues and handle any improvements professionally and with ease.
