Business Analyst - Finance / IT This growing organisation, with a longstanding history in their sector are currently seeking a Business Analyst to add to their current team. You will be working for a highly successful organisation and will be involved in a variety of projects for a range of customers including both IT and Business Change projects. The Role You will be working with a range of internal teams as well as external customers. You will be responsible for gathering and defining business requirements and working with technical and other resource teams to ensure all projects and changes are supported. You will work proactively with the business to help identify processes improvements and system changes to aid continuous improvement across the business as well as helping the business meet its strategic outcomes. About you You will have prior experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role and will have experience of IT or business change projects. You will be comfortable dealing with a range of individuals, from user to directors as well as a mixture of resource teams to ensure that requirements are correctly defined, understood and delivered against. You will have a proactive attitude, with demonstrable experience in helping to seek out process improvements and aid continuous improvements within the business.
