Interaction Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be representing a reputable local employer in their search for a Finance Analyst to join their team in a maternity cover role for between 6 - 12 months based in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. You will be responsible for business partnering with senior leaders within the business, delivering an effective service to key groups within the business. Duties will be varied, but typically include: Assisting with preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasts Preparing monthly variance reporting Reviewing hiring and spend requests against budgets Assist with production of monthly dashboard reporting Adhoc analysis to support business decision making Providing support to the accounting function for month end close Applications are invited from individuals with the following skills and experience: Part or newly qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) Ideally background in FP&A (desirable) Strong analytical skills Excellent time management and ability to priorise own workload Intermediate Excel Skills Experience of ERP systems This role will be ideally to commence on 2nd September, with interviews to take place as soon as possible.
