CREDIT CONTROLLER required for a 12 Month contract due to start ASAP in ALTON, Hants . Please only apply if you are available to start within the next few weeks. Role profile: Chasing debt via phone and email Resolving queries and issues Managing all aspects of multi-currency cash receipts Matching remittances to payment received on bank statement or cheque Ensuring all payments received are allocated to the appropriate invoices Posting invoices / credit notes Dealing with customer credit notes Preparing aged debtors report (month end close routine) Credit card payments Attributes required: A proven track record of working in a fast paced finance / accounts role Experience using accounting software Excellent reconciliation skills and a proven record in reducing outstanding balances Good communication skills and able to adapt to change Accurate and methodical thinking as well as being highly organised Excellent communication skills at all levels All round experience of all aspects of accounting would be useful Hours of work 9am-5.30pm Parking available Pension scheme / Holiday entitlement If you are interested in this role please apply now
