The Asset Manager is accountable for the delivery of key strategic goals within the London portfolio by providing direction and partnership with Sales, Portfolio Operations, Technical Operations, Engineering and Design & Construction teams as they relate to leasing, portfolio income growth, ROIC and delivery of first class customer experience. As the Asset Manager you are responsible for driving growth by working with internal and external teams on leasing, build-out and operations initiatives. The Asset Manager will be accountable to the Director of Asset Management for accurate financial performance, reporting and forecasting with respect to the London market. As the Asset Manager, you will be responsible for building your presence in the market and will be the in-house market expert for matters relating to both the assets and the market The Requirements:
• P&L Responsibility / Financial
• Sales/Leasing
• Market Strategy & Performance EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education.
• Post-graduate degree in Real Estate Management (preferred).
• Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (preferred)
• Extensive work experience within the European Real Estate sector
• Previous successful multi-site asset management experience (desirable).
