Preparation of monthly payroll of up to 300 employees Liaising with an external payroll bureau First point of contact for responding and resolving employee's payroll queries Monthly reconciliations P11D's Administration of people benefits including private medical, life assurance, Child Care vouchers, Cycle to Work scheme and the benefits portal Assisting with maintaining HR systems, ensuring that all employee's data is accurate and up to date Assisting the finance team with general accounting duties EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: Previous experience of working within Payroll is essential (experience of working within other areas of transactional finance would be desirable).
