Financial Controller - £75,000 - £85,000 Per Annum Benefits - Permanent - Horsham I am currently partnering with a rapidly growing Financial Services company on the permanent placement of a Financial Controller to join their fast paced team. This role will oversee and maintain accurate financial processes and systems for all financial transactions within the Group including revenue processing. Financial Controller Key

Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the completion of the monthly management accounts and reports to Group Board and its subsidiaries. Responsibility for producing the annual audited accounts in conjunction with the Group's Auditors. Responsibility for creating and updating the Group Budgets and monitoring variances against budget. To ensure that all individuals within the Finance and Revenue Support Department have the required level of competency and knowledge to carry out their delegated tasks. Overall responsibility for the Finance Department including Revenue Support and for the managing of the Department's staff. Attending Management Meetings and presenting financial information to the Board. To act in accordance with the FCA Statement of Principles and other statutory objectives. Ensure that the FCA is provided with accurate financial returns, documents and any other financial information requested within the permitted time limits. Responsibility for dealing with the Company's Bankers, Auditors, Solicitors & HMRC. Financial Controller Key Skills: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial leadership role. In-depth knowledge of Accounting Standards and HRMC rules. Previous experience working in the financial services sector with a knowledge of FCA regulations. Excellent communication skills confident dealing with stakeholders of all levels. Team management experience.
