Reed Accountancy have a fantastic opportunity for a temporary candidate to join our returning client for a short term assignment as an Accounts Payable Clerk. Due to growth within the business my client is seeking a dynamic candidate who can come in and hit the ground running. This role would be working within the busy finance team as a Purchase Ledger Clerk, reporting into the Finance Manager. Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Matching goods received notes and purchase orders to invoices and ensure details on the invoice are accurate. Coding Invoices Entering Invoices onto the system Helping with payment runs Filing of invoices Adhoc duties Working 9am to 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch, this role is seeking someone who is available to start w/c 23rd August for a minimum of 4 weeks. Due to the location of the business you will need to be a driver as the office is not located close to public transport links.
