Purchase Ledger Clerk London, NW9 £19,000 Pension This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and hardworking Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a highly enthusiastic and supportive team of professionals, excellent prospects are available to the right person. Some of your duties will include: - Assisting with the purchase ledger function and ensuring the efficient processing of supplier invoices - Matching purchase invoices with delivery notes, allocating nominal codes and posting invoices on purchase ledger - Reconciling supplier statements and processing monthly cheque and BACs supplier payments - Monitoring direct debit, standing orders and other payment schedules processed on the bank account - Reconciling ledger at month-end and year-end and preparing up to date creditor reports - Maintaining filing system holding copies of all invoices which have been processed and paid Burton, Bolton & Rose will only respond to candidates who they consider suitable for the role advertised.
