Birmingham, B31 4PT DESCRIPTION: Our client is a leading international full-service provider of technical expertise and equipment for corporate and special events, music touring and festivals, theatre and the arts, exhibitions, brand activations, and film and television productions. Due to continued success the company is seeking to recruit an Assets Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-regarded company. Role Purpose: Provide analysis and reporting information of rental assets, and identify opportunities to improve utilisation and profitability. Elements of process management and improvement will also be included alongside management of ongoing group initiatives and asset projects.
Provide detailed monthly reporting packages to EMEA Management on asset trends. Provide feedback on sub-rental trends in order to identify purchasing strategies across the region. Research and identify best location of assets based on revenues and performance data gained from the inventory management systems. Assist in the implementation of systems currently not installed across the region. Provide feedback and participate in the ongoing development of the systems. Develop and instigate process systems to standardise workflows throughout the Account, Project and Asset teams across the region. Provide job reporting on demand for review and where possible research corrective action to improve cost savings and margins for the future. Work with other group asset teams to standardise assets where possible. Management of conference calls for the asset groups, ensuring feedback and action tasks are identified and recorded as assigned. Assist in identifying equipment for disposal / sale alongside local operations teams. Assist in running annual physical inventory count. Assist in the compiling and reporting of annual CapEx budgets. Assist in identifying stock cycle counts with operational heads from data in reporting packages. Inform teams of new equipment additions across the region. To ensure that cost effective solutions are maintained at all times.
