Reed Finance are partnering with a global consultancy business based in Essex to assist in the recruitment of a Finance Manager. The company are established internationally and are experiencing fast growth within the UK market. This is a really exciting and newly created position, partnering with the Global CEO and Operations Director, to help drive the business forward. Once in the role, you will be responsible for identifying needs and building a team around those requirements. Key

responsibilities:
- Ensure all month end accounting entries are processed in line with timetable to ensure timely close and facilitate reporting - Month end processes including accruals, deferred income and accounting for commissionsand clawbacks - Create and maintain relationships with key business units and drive forward financial control and process improvement - Play a key role in developing and implementing strategic plans for the company - Build, train and develop your finance team around the needs of the business - Travel to global offices within the group may be required Characteristics and experience of the successful candidate: - Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with minimum 3 years post qualification experience - Experience with Sage General Ledger System (or similar) - Proven track record in a fast moving, SME organisation - Driven, hands-on and commercially focused In return for the above, you will be rewarded with an excellent salary and benefits package, as well as the opportunity to join an exciting company where you can make a real impact.
