Finance Analyst - Leicestershire - £28,000 - £32,000 We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Analyst to join a global FMCG business, based out of their Leicester site. The company has a strong presence right across the globe, and is home to many household brands. They offer a great platform for people to learn and progress in a dynamic, yet supportive environment. Acting as a junior business partner to one of the sales channels, the Finance Analyst is responsible for producing regular MI reports for senior stakeholders, in order to support strategic decision making. They also provide regular in-depth analysis of the P&L, report on variances, maintain KPI dashboards and get involved in pricing. Above all else, the role requires a high level of accuracy and good attention to detail. You will also need a solid understanding of financial statements and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders. The business uses some complex systems and processes, therefore strong IT skills would also be hugely beneficial. In order to be considered you must have some previous experience in a similar role, and it its essential that you can start at short notice.
