Transaction Recruitment are supporting our Birmingham based client in their search for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join the business on a permanent basis. You will be working as part of a dynamic finance team and will be responsible for supporting the division with the full breadth of transactions focused finance. My client is looking for a proactive candidate with the ability to take ownership of their own workload and with the desire to become an integral member of a successful team. Daily duties and experience required includes:
• Minimum of two years experience of working as an Accounts Assistant or similar level position
• Ability to perform pivot tables and V look ups
• Purchase ledger management
• Statement reconciliations
• Raising sales invoices
• Allocating payments
• Preparing journals
• Processing expenses
