Role: We are looking for a Junior Management Accountant to help us scale our accounting operations in the UK. In this role, you will assist senior management in making critical business decisions by analysing and presenting key financial data. The finance organisation is growing to support our international expansion and as such responsibilities will cover a number of entities. The ideal candidate is deadline driven, collaborative, high-energy, and passionate about transforming healthcare.

Responsibilities:
Month end reporting/analysis across the Group Monthly balance sheet reconciliations for key financial areas (accruals, prepayments, deferred income etc) Prepare and maintain fixed asset register Prepare and maintain inter-company matrix Tax calculations and reconciliations (VAT) Month end variance analysis and commentary Ad hoc analysis as required Support other parts of Financial Control as needed Credit control Requirements: Part qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification (exam study encouraged and supported) 2 years of experience of management accounting within a developed finance function Advanced organisational skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to detail Good presentation skills Focused and delivery oriented Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, management, external partners, and customers Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Passionate about making healthcare more accessible and affordable Proven time management skills and the ability to prioritise work in a fast-paced environment Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions Highly resourceful self-learner, with the ability to operate effectively independently Benefits: Competitive salary and share scheme Free babylon for you and your family One of the nicest offices you'll ever see, located in the heart of Chelsea Free healthy breakfast, and snacks On site table tennis and video game competitions Regular social gatherings and an intimate, collaborative environment A real entrepreneurial spirit and drive to make a tangible difference in the world Free weekly yoga or football sessions Pension scheme BUPA health and life insurance
