I am currently working with a well known business in Edinburgh looking to recruit an Assistant Accountant to join their property team on a permanent full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of the property sector - others will still be considered. The role will predominately involve: Bank reconciliations, Budgeting Dealing with client and tenant queries VAT reporting Tenant recharges Rent raising and chasing rent arrears Managing client funds Liaising with surveyors and the wider business.
