No direct reports within this autonomous and responsible role. This role as Financial Controller would suit a qualified or part-qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) with a degree and analytical approach. With extensive liaison with European offices, you'll gain a full overview of the business and make an impact in this high profile position. This is a Finance Controller position for a proactive and dynamic Accountant to get involved with all UK financial reporting and analysis, including costs for the European HO. You will be supported by the transactional accounting team in Poland and will work closely with other European offices so a friendly and self-assured nature and excellent communication skills are essential. Financial Controller - key requirements: Qualified / part qualified Accountant educated to degree standard 3 years' experience within a commercial environment Excellent Excel skills Experience using finance databases Familiarity with UK GAAP / VAT / PAYE compliance Highly analytical Approachable, confident personality Excellent communication and relationship building skills Financial Controller - key

responsibilities:
