Finance Analyst - 6 months contract A global pharmaceutical company based in Uxbridge is currently looking to recruit a Finance Analyst to join their team on a 6-month temporary contract. Your main focus will be to support new suppliers in terms of setting them up in the company finance systems. You will be also responsible for managing PO requests and other finance processes. KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing applications and procurement processes by checking the quotes / tenders Main responsible person for answering any queries related to procurement policy Training and supporting colleagues in terms of procurement processes Dealing and managing the whole process of onboarding new suppliers and setting them up in the finance systems (Basware, Oracle, Concur) Responsible for the internal process of Third-Party Risk Management and vendor due diligence Making sure all documents for each PO is coordinated accurately Dealing with third party risk management and financial due diligence processes in respect of new supplier start-up Checking new vendors and communicate with internal departments and global procurement to deal with any queries and cases related to existing vendors Managing, reviewing and cleaning the master vendor list and making sure the company has all the right coding General ad-hoc support to the finance team with general accounting issues, accounts payable and reporting of operating expenses REQUIREMENTS: Certified Accountant or partially certified Previous experience in procurement will be an advantage Outstanding communication skills Strong attention to detail Analysing and problem-solving skills Ability to lead projects Experience in finance and administration Leadership skills Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple tasks at the same time Excellent Excel Proactive approach Understanding and implementing business processes Park Street People Ltd does not discriminate on the grounds of age, race, gender, disability, creed or sexual orientation and complies with all relevant UK legislation.
