£32,500 Reference Number:13987 Job Description: Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Pensions Adviser in North Bristol to join a Wealth Management Firm The main purpose of the role is to provide a peerless technical pension query resolution service, adhering to agreed standards. Through consultative questioning, helping to identify more complex technical Partnership needs and if appropriate refer to a more experienced technician. Key Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: Accurately resolve technical pension queries received predominantly via phone, email, LiveChat and any other digital medium. Support the delivery of core service as required by the operation. Takes personal responsibility for improving own technical knowledge of company products/processes/system knowledge as well as service skills Ensure that personal coaching and mentoring needs are proactively raised and resolved with line manager to ensure your continued development. Take personal responsibility in achieving the quality assurance targets set within the requirements of the QA framework in place Personally, display and evidence adherence to the company competency framework and the colleague and customer service charters Maintain professional qualification standards through effective CPD evidencing and recording. Willing contribution to small scale projects within the division.
