A Global Media Planning and Buying Agency is looking for a hardworking, dedicated Assistant Management Accountant to join their team, based in Central London. The main purpose of this role will be to prepare the monthly management accounts for reporting to the group entity. You will also gain experience of Business Partnering. This is a permanent opportunity offering study support. Duties include: Calculation of accruals and prepayments Preparing and posting journals Preparation of monthly Management Accounts, reconciled to Trial Balance Monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations Fixed asset reconciliations Prepare and submit quarterly and year-end packages Assist with the forecast and budgeting process Business partnering, including regular face-to-face meetings The Candidate: Experience working within a Media Agency is advantageous, but not essential Experience working with DDS/Media Ocean is beneficial Intermediate/Advanced level of Excel Ability to work to tight deadlines, both independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and reconciliations skills Previous month-end experience (accruals and prepayments)
