Your role As a Senior Manager within the Audit and Assurance practice you will have responsibility for: Working with your team in managing and growing relationships across our client portfolio; Identifying and developing assurance opportunities with new and existing clients of the firm based on their bespoke needs; Leading teams and developing junior team members to reach their potential; Delivering high quality engagements through effective delegation and strong technical ability; Ensuring all regulatory changes are implemented and complied with both internally and on client engagements; Having a broader perspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them including having a clear understanding of the firm's commitment to creating a more inclusive culture; and Managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution. Your home office will be London, but this client-facing role provides lots of opportunity for travel in the UK and overseas Suggested work pattern: This is a permanent contract opportunity. Your professional experience To qualify for the role you must have: ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent); Audit background plus industry or client-side experience Knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP and/or USGAAP; A proven track record in establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients; An ability to quickly develop solutions in a fluid and fast changing; Effective and precise management of budgets; The ability to work under own initiative and in many different and stimulating environments; and Significant presentation and business writing experience.
