SF Recruitment are looking for a Finance Business Partner for a business within the healthcare sector, based in South Derby. The role of the Finance Business Partner is to provide the Regional Managers with financial support and analysis relating to their region. The Finance Business Partner will be part of the finance team but, work closely with relevant stakeholders to provide analysis to support the understanding of financial performance and financial implications of contracts. You will also be responsible for budgeting and forecasting and will be required to support the finance team with the internal audit. Key

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the management team have a full understanding of the key drivers of financial performance. - Perform FTE and staff costs analysis, both historical and forecast, including impact of sickness, enhancement etc. - Review and provide analysis and comments on financial and management reporting including forecasting. - Represent the region in a finance capacity at the monthly regional meetings (plus any other key meetings - budgeting, forecasting, etc). - Influence decision making of the management team based on financial implications. - Represent the business at regular contract meetings with customers (CCGs, etc.). - Assist in budget preparation with reporting and monitoring where appropriate - Support the central finance team in preparation of financial models for new business tenders and proposals and other projects - Ensure that financial control are operating effectively and that these controls are subject to continual review and improvement - Assist central finance team in month end management accounts process - Approve purchase orders and supplier invoices within financial limits - Review and help prepare accounts for Audits The successful applicant will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with post qualification experience in a finance business partner role or similar. You will be ambitious and motivated to make an impact on the business as well as have proven experience in influencing stakeholders and delivering results. You'll be an analytical thinker with hands-on experience of financial data. You'll be able to extract and communicate complex analysis and trends clearly and concisely to non-finance managers. Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills will be essential for success in this role. A strong working knowledge of MS Office tools, in particular Excel at intermediate level (including use of complex formulas, lookups, pivots, links) is essential.
