Supporting a finance team, you will be an Assistant Finance Business Partner providing accountancy services and advice to a range of business units across the company. Duties will include being part of the financial month end process, monitoring costs/budgets, providing forecasts, monitoring creditors and assisting with cashflow analysis. However, the key to success in this role is working with your Business Partner to provide key stats, figures, analysis and insight to the business units to help them make business decisions and grow the company - think entrepreneurially This is not a normal Accountancy position - but it offers the widest of scope to learn the inside workings of an established and successful company whilst also carrying out accounting tasks. The best candidates for this role will have a good educational background to graduate standard, probably in a numerical based qualification, as well as some business minded work experience.
