Key responsibilities improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the financial processes Review and document processes, controls and work-flow forecasts Review of monthly balance sheet reconciliations Ensuring costs are allocated correctly Timely and accurate completion of the monthly management accounts, including preparation of the Group consolidated Balance sheet and Cash-flow statements Drive the management reporting process to provide timely, accurate and relevant information to the business Improve and maintain robust Group Cash Flow forecasting model Preparation of budgets and re-forecasts when required. Implementation of a new finance and HR system Assist with end of year preparation and procedures, such as annual audit Ensure entities are fully compliant with regulatory and taxation requirements - to include review and filing of company house filings, statutory accounts, income tax, corporation tax, VAT, PAYE, Intrastat returns as required Knowledge
