Finance Business Partner / Management Accountant Paying £45,000 Bonus (up to £15,000 per annum) Milton Keynes Investigo are pleased to be supporting a growing and forward-thinking organisation with their search for a Management Accountant. This role will encompass a plethora of business partnering duties with a strong focus on driving information around the organisation. The ideal candidate for this position would be an individual who is confident in their ability to communicate with non-financial stakeholders, acting as a true business partner. You will be responsible for a small transactional team so the ability to lead by example and support internal development is key. Develop, streamline and enhance financial management and reporting processes Provide timely and robust financial analysis Ensure internal controls and systems are effective and efficient, reviewing current systems to determine areas of continual improvement Responsible for the production and delivery of monthly accounts Playing a key role in supporting the delivery of our annual audit Responsible for the monthly company forecast, and liaising with group on matters arising Assist managers with the annual budgeting process and consolidate the company budget picture Managing and developing a small team Determining appropriate accounting treatment for new contract sales.
