OVERVIEW This role could be the holy grail if projects, SAP and transformation are your bag. Strong statement I know but if you qualified as an accountant but latterly in your career enjoyed projects around change, systems, Lean, agile and transformation this has it all. THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting into the Finance Systems and Transformation Manager you'll be part of a dynamic team leading key projects and improvements that will have significant business impact. Managing relationships with stakeholders from IT, Finance and HR you'll be navigating a landscape that has real appetite for change and value add. Culturally we've come to know the business has a collaborative approach, supportive leaders and committed peers. REQUIREMENTS A unique role this definitely has a specific skill set for success, your tool kit has to bring SAP implementation, evidence of delivering projects in a Finance environment and importantly your accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA). Equally as important is your gravitas, being able to influence stakeholders up and down the organisation.
