fast-paced tech startup is looking to recruit ambitious Management Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is an opportunity for someone to help build a high-class finance function whilst gaining large commercial exposure to other areas of the business to take ownership of monthly management accounts. Huge potential to grow and progress within the company Responsibilities include Preparing the month end financial accounting work (closing monthly accounts, including preparing and processing month end accounting journals) Monthly management accounts reporting including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow Drafting supplier and payroll payments and managing the process for cash collections internally Prepare partner revenue share calculations and reporting with them directly Submitting sales tax and employment tax returns as well as assisting with annual statutory reporting, corporate tax returns and assisting with R&D claims Sales and purchase ledger management, supplier payments, and overseeing payment reconciliations Financial planning, analysis and other ad-hoc projects Requirements: 2 years of experience in a finance role or accounting role Part-Quailed accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA required Good Excel skills Very strong verbal and written business English Excellent communication skills You are highly motivated and ambitious individual keen to learn and develop Great attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Experience working with Xero would be desirable but not a must
