They are looking to recruit a Head of Cyber Risk to work remotely, though communicable to London. This is a business that promotes positive change and invests heavily in their employees' development. As a Head of Cyber Risk you'll be in a position to carve your own career and take full advantage the wealth of experience and support around you. A Head of Risk within Cyber will be expected to lead the UK Cyber Risk team, manage a portfolio of Cyber and Technology claims, develop and agree the strategy for the UK cyber division. About the role - Responsible for the UK Cyber performance and the achievement of objectives - Work both externally and internally managing Cyber incidents and claims to include adjusting where appropriate on an international basis - Receiving and acknowledging new claims and incidents - Preparing case management/incident response plans, visiting Insurers, Reinsurers, Brokers, Claimants and the Insured - Preparing reports commenting in detail on all aspects of the incident/claim, including policy analysis and liability, quantum and future actions - Visiting loss locations, interviewing witnesses and preparation of statements - Instructing and controlling experts, to include IT forensics, lawyers, public relations, forensic accountants and other experts/specialists as appropriate - Communicating regularly with all interested parties, calculating and approving interim payments, preparing interim reports and other communication - Calculating and agreeing settlement of claims, and preparing final reports Your skills - Proven leadership and influencing skills to drive engagement and foster a high performing culture - Able to drive a quality culture with both internal and external customers - Skilled at responding quickly to daily workloads driven by customer requirements; and ensuring KPI's and SLA's are met - Excellent financial planning skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Good problem solving skills and ability to think creatively to bring new and innovative approaches to tried and tested methods - Good relationship management & partnering skills to champion Cyber and be able to target growth If you're an Cyber Insurance professional looking for a role with huge scope, within a business that promotes positive change and development and live within travelling distance of London please apply now for an immediate conversation.
