A global leader is looking to recruit a Payments Team to assist in servicing clients across the world supporting international payments. In this exciting team we promise full training and support from your manager and team. You will join at a pivotal time in the business's growth and development and really be able to set the culture of the team. This is a role which will call on your ability to process a high number of payments, but also step back and assist with customer queries on the payments and money transfer across the UK and EU. You will be able to work to strict service level agreements, ensure outstanding customer service is delivered at all times. Key responsibilities include; Manage inbound calls from UK and International customers. Process payments through an online payments system. Maintain compliance and ensure GDPR standards are followed at all times. Take ownership of payments and investigate any discrepancies. Support all service level agreements to ensure customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have; Experience in a customer service lead environment. Previous experience within a payments or financial related role e.g. Bank/Cashier. Knowledge of BACS, SWIFT or CHAPS. Able to provide solutions rather than problems. Experience of within in a financial regulated environment. Knowledge of UK/International payments process. Strong numerical skills. We are seeking candidates who can support an International finance team, this will require you to work shift based hours. We are currently seeking: Night Shift - 7 on 7 off.
