Location:
South Yorks, Rotherham OVERVIEW: Working for a well-established global business going through progressive change. The role is working in an HR team based at the Yorkshire site but supporting a number of sites across the UK. This is a newly created role which is a split with HR and payroll responsibilities. THE ROLE -Working in the UK HR team the successful candidate will provide accurate and visual reporting service to the HR team in all aspects of HR and Payroll reporting. -The role will require weekly/monthly processing of payroll, collating accurate and detailed data ensuring minimal errors. -It is important that the successful candidate will be able to use Excel to an advanced level, creating spreadsheets to collate data, use pivot tables and formula and be able to be creative. An eye for detail and excellent level of accuracy is key alongside being a great team player is essential. The HR team are relatively new and it is important that all members work together and share some duties as a team. -Previous experience of working with HRIS systems is essential and have previous experience of data transfer etc. -The key duties will include weekly and monthly payroll, salary reviews, HR KPI reporting and analysis, creating standard templates for form filing and ad hoc reporting. THE CANDIDATE -The ideal candidate will have worked in an HR department and have a very good understanding of how HR works within a business. -It is essential that a key skill will be working and experience of working with Excel at advanced level, must have previous payroll experience and HRIS reporting and integration. A good understanding of GDPR implementation and management, ISO conformity and document control, use of Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook. -Excellent people skills, team player and can work on their own initiative. HMRC knowledge and the ability to problem solve.
