Our Basingstoke, Hampshire based client is currently recruiting for a Management Accountant/Financial Analyst due to the increased workload and business growth. This role will play an integral part of the team, delivering management accounts, operational reporting, costing, budgeting and forecasting as well as supporting commercial decision making across the business. It will also involve partnering with the business to ensure delivery of targets, optimisation of efficiencies and driving financial performance. Key activities will include: Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and deliver daily operational reports Development of new processes to deliver regular quality financial information Support the preparation of budgets and weekly / quarterly forecasts for profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital and other supplementary information Preparation of business cases and investment proposals Assist in the development of new financial models and improved methods of work To continuously challenge and improve the accuracy, range and presentation of financial and management information to provide high quality analytical support to the business Candidates will be part or fully qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with excellent commercial, analytical and business partnering experience.
